This new series of original watercolour paintings has largely grown out of my work over the past several years with the Central Okanagan Land Trust - as you can imagine, that work has revealed some pretty special wilderness sites. There is no particular order to this new series; rather it explores a whole range of flower colours, sizes, shapes, and habitats. (Some of them aren’t actually ‘flowers’ either....like the Saskatoons or the Rose hips). Oh well.....
Now, you will see some ‘weeds’ here too - I do, for example, love the look of the Mullein!
NOTE: if there is something you find that you’d like (but it’s been sold) then please DM me, and I can paint a piece like this.
